About Jesse
Jesse van Dijk is an art director with over two decades of experience in the games industry. He graduated from the Delft University of Technology with a master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering.
Originally hailing from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, he now lives and works in the US. He specializes in IP creation and art direction.

Throughout his career, Jesse has worked for several game development studios. In 2024, he concluded his twelve year tenure at Bungie. During the last seven years of his work at the studio, he was a Senior Art Director working on both the Destiny franchise as well as several incubation projects. While working on preproduction for Destiny in 2013, Kotaku.com recognized Jesse as “one of the best video game concept artists on the planet”.
Before Bungie, Jesse was a concept artist working on a variety of IP's in Europe, most notably the Killzone franchise and early preproduction for Horizon: Zero Dawn.
In addition to his work in the games industry, Jesse has also done freelance work for film and book publishing.
